Parents,
If you have not already, please turn in your child’s enrollment information for next year along with the large envelope and 4 stamps. The envelopes will be used to mail your child’s end of the year report card and as well as other important information regarding the 2018-2019 school year.
It's hard to believe but on Wednesday our 3rd quarter report cards will be sent home. Please keep the report card for your records and return the signature card. If you have questions or concerns regarding your child’s grades, please do not hesitate to reach out!
Field trip forms were sent home today. We will be visiting the Chattahoochee Nature Center in April. Please fill out both sides of the form and return as soon as possible.
If you know in advance that you will be picking up your child early from school one day, please let me know. This way, your child can bring their backpacks to specials or lunch and be ready to leave.
Dr. Ballantyne (Mira’s dad) came to our class on Friday to talk to us about space, the sun, and stars. The kids had some interesting questions that Dr. Ballantyne had answers for. It was wonderful having him. If you have something that you would like to share with the class, please reach out. We would love to have you.
Finally, I am sure you have heard by now that we have new tables for the classroom. They are wonderful and have wheels that can be locked. I was able to purchase them with funds received from the TrittMazing Race. Thank you again for your support. The kids LOVE them.
Here is what we are learning this week:
